            Privacy-First Design: BlurPrivate is designed with privacy as a core principle. All photo processing is performed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your media content.
        

1. Information We Collect

BlurPrivate is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:

Subscription Information: Subscription status and purchase information (handled by Apple's App Store)
App Preferences: App usage preferences and settings (stored locally on your device)
No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal identification information

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain our services
To process subscription payments (handled by Apple)
To improve app functionality and user experience
To remember your preferences for a better user experience

3. Data Storage and Processing

Local Processing: All photo processing is performed locally on your device
No Cloud Storage: We do not collect, store, or transmit your media content to any servers
User Preferences: Stored locally using iOS UserDefaults on your device
Processed Works: Saved locally using iOS SwiftData on your device
Complete Control: You can delete all app data by deleting the app from your device

4. Photo Library Access

BlurPrivate requires access to your photo library to:

Select photos for editing
Save processed photos to your library

Important: This access is requested only when needed and can be revoked in iOS Settings at any time. Revoking access will prevent the app from functioning properly.

5. Camera Access

BlurPrivate may request access to:

Camera: To capture new photos for editing

This permission is optional and only requested when you use the camera feature.

6. Third-Party Services

Apple StoreKit: We use Apple's StoreKit for subscription management
Apple Vision Framework: Used for face and text detection (runs locally on your device)
Subscription data is handled by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services
No Advertising: We do not use advertising services or share data with advertisers

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information:

All data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms
We do not transmit your media content over the internet
Your device's built-in security features protect your data

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Access your personal data (app preferences stored locally)
Delete: Request deletion of your data by deleting the app
Control: Manage photo library, camera, and microphone permissions in iOS Settings
Opt Out: Stop using the app at any time
Cancel Subscription: Cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings

10. International Users

BlurPrivate is available worldwide. All processing happens locally on your device, regardless of your location. No data is transferred internationally.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

Posting the new policy in the app
Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
