By accessing and using BlurPrivate, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of BlurPrivate for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in BlurPrivate
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription Services

BlurPrivate offers premium subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Subscription Options:
  • Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
  • Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing yearly subscription with 3-day free trial
• Pricing: Price displayed in the app at time of purchase (varies by region)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Management: Manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

4. Premium Features

Premium subscription includes:

• Unlimited face detection and processing
• Unlimited text recognition and processing
• Unlimited photo processing
• Access to all premium blur effects

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any photos you process using BlurPrivate. We do not store, transmit, or access your content except as necessary to provide the service on your device.

6. Privacy

Your use of BlurPrivate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

7. Disclaimer

The materials in BlurPrivate are provided on an 'as is' basis. BlurPrivate makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall BlurPrivate or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BlurPrivate.

9. Revisions

BlurPrivate may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using BlurPrivate you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
